في سياق مواكبة الإجراءات والمساطر الجبائية المنصوص عليها في
قانون المالية ومدونة الضرائب، وبشراكة بين نادي الفاعلين الاقتصاديين المعتمدين والهيئة المغربية للمقاولات ونادي الماليين بالشمال، تم يوم الثلاثاء 29 أكتوبر 2024 تنظيم ندوة حول اقتطاع الضريبة على القيمة المضافة من المنبع بخصوص أداء الفواتير.
و نظرا لأهمية الموضوع وراهنيته فقد شارك في هذا اللقاء ما يناهز
120 مقاولة تمثل مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية بالجهة.
و بعد الكلمات الافتتاحية للهيئات المنظمة لوضع الإطار العام للقاء
وإبراز أهميته بالنسبة للمقاولات، حيث تدخل في هذا السياق كل من السيد المعتمد عباد الأندلوسي عن نادي الفاعلين الاقتصاديين المعتمدين والسيد رشيد الورديغي عن الهيئة المغربية للمقاولات والسيدة كريمة الفقيهي ممثلة نادي الماليين بالشمال، تم تسجيل مداخلة الخبير المحاسب السيد محمد اللحياني الذي وضع الحضور في السياق العام لهذا الإجراء الجبائي الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ ابتداء من فاتح يوليوز 2024 .
و في نفس السياق قام السيد محمد اللحياني بتقديم تفاصيل حول
نوعية العمليات المحاسبية المفروض فيها تطبيق اقتطاع الضريبة على القيمة المضافة والنسب المعتمدة والمساطر الواجب اتباعها في هذا المجال سواء تعلق الأمر بالقطاع الخاص أو التعاملات مع الإدارة العمومية والجماعات الترابية.
و بعد هذا العرض تم فتح المجال أمام مداخلات الحاضرين حيث عرف
النقاش تفاعلا مهما من طرف المقاولات وأيضا من طرف أطر مديرية الضرائب المشاركين في هذا اللقاء من أجل رفع اللبس وتبسيط المساطر الواجب اتباعها في هذا الموضوع.
